Our Certified Diversity Professionals and team of Community Partnership Specialists are available to engage with our community members.

We are members of the National Diversity Council and hold several certifications that ensure that we are utilizing best practices for care, outreach and creating an inclusive culture. We are SAGE Platinum certified, in order to provide the best healthcare for LGBT elders.
